Who We Are
90Predict is a free football predictions website accessible at www.90predict.com. We publish daily football tips, match analysis, jackpot predictions, and related content for informational and entertainment purposes.
For the purposes of data protection law — including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR), and Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 — 90Predict is the data controller in respect of personal data collected through this website.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined under GDPR Article 9), financial information, payment card details, or government-issued identification numbers.

We do not share personal data with bookmakers or gambling operators beyond what is technically required to attribute an affiliate click. We do not pass your name, email address, or browsing history to any bookmaker.
Affiliate Links & Advertising
Some links on 90Predict — particularly links to licensed bookmakers on our jackpot prediction pages and sidebar sections — are affiliate links. This means if you click a link and subsequently register or deposit with a bookmaker, we may receive a commission from the bookmaker.
Affiliate links are labelled in our HTML with rel="sponsored" in accordance with Google's link attribute guidelines. This does not cost you anything extra and does not affect the price or terms offered by the bookmaker.
Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial predictions. We do not adjust which tips we publish or how we rate their confidence based on whether a bookmaker pays us a commission. Our predictions are selected independently by our analysts using the methodology described on our About page.
Where display advertising is shown on the site, it may be served by Google AdSense or similar advertising platforms. These platforms may use cookie data to show you relevant advertising based on your browsing behaviour. You can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ad Settings or the Your Online Choices tool.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.

Your Rights

Right of Access
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you (a Subject Access Request). We will respond within 30 days.
Right to Rectification
You can ask us to correct inaccurate personal data we hold about you, or to complete incomplete data.
Right to Erasure
You can ask us to delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten") in certain circumstances — for example where the data is no longer necessary for its original purpose.

You can ask us to restrict how we use your data in certain situations — for example while a complaint about accuracy is being investigated.
Right to Data Portability

Rights Under Kenya DPA 2019
Kenyan residents have equivalent rights under the Data Protection Act 2019, including rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection. Complaints can be made to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner (ODPC).
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@90predict.com. We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and respond in full within 30 days. We do not charge a fee for exercising your rights unless a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Children
90Predict is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Gambling-related content is intended for adults only in accordance with applicable laws in each jurisdiction.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at privacy@90predict.com and we will delete it promptly.
International Data Transfers
Some of the third parties we use — including Google Analytics and Cloudflare — may transfer and process data outside the UK, EU, or Kenya. Where such transfers occur, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:
- For UK and EU residents: transfers are made under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or to countries with an adequacy decision from the UK ICO or European Commission.
- For Kenyan residents: transfers are made in accordance with the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, which requires adequate protection for data transferred outside Kenya.
- Google's data processing is covered by their Data Processing Addendum, which incorporates SCCs. Details at business.safety.google/dataprocessingterms.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the services we provide. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
For significant changes that affect how we process data you have already provided — such as a new use of your email address — we will notify you by email if you have subscribed to our communications, or by a prominent notice on the site.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of 90Predict after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
