Nature of Content

90Predict publishes football prediction tips, match analysis, statistical breakdowns, jackpot predictions, and related editorial content. All content on the Site is produced for informational and entertainment purposes only.

Our predictions represent the analytical opinions of our editorial team based on publicly available statistical data. They are not instructions, recommendations, or directives to place any bet or wager. Each prediction reflects a reasoned assessment of probability based on available data at the time of publication — it does not represent certainty, and it is not a guarantee of any outcome.

You may not reproduce substantial portions of our analysis or present our content as your own.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, analysis, prediction methodologies, page designs, graphics, logos, and the 90Predict brand name — is owned by or licensed to 90Predict and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and intellectual property laws.

The underlying statistical data used in our analysis is drawn from publicly available sources (including Fbref, Sofascore, and official league databases). The analysis, editorial interpretation, and written content derived from that data is our original work and is protected by copyright.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable consumer protection law. If you are a consumer in the UK, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 90Predict and its owners, editors, analysts, and contributors shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss arising from a bet or wager placed in reliance on any content published on the Site, regardless of the confidence level assigned to the relevant prediction;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Site;
• Any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising in connection with the Site;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in content published on the Site;
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Site for any reason;
• Any content on third-party websites linked to from the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed £100 (or the equivalent in local currency).

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Specific Disclaimer — Betting Losses

You acknowledge and agree that: (i) all betting and gambling activity is undertaken entirely at your own risk; (ii) 90Predict has no control over the outcome of any sporting event; (iii) past prediction accuracy does not guarantee future accuracy; and (iv) 90Predict is not liable for any gambling losses you incur, whether or not those losses arose from following a prediction published on this Site.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 90Predict and its owners, editors, analysts, and contributors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of the Site or any content on it;
• Your breach of these Terms;
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
• Any content you submit to us via contact forms or email.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent or harmful activity, or where required by applicable law.

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive — including the disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property provisions — shall continue to apply.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Users in Kenya agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

UK and EU Users

If you are accessing the Site from the United Kingdom, any dispute arising under these Terms may also be governed by English law and resolved in the courts of England and Wales, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Nothing in these Terms removes your right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence under mandatory local consumer protection legislation.

EU Consumer Rights

Changes to These Terms

Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.
